Accomodation

1 Can I smoke in the accommodation I have booked?

And no, all our properties are non-smoking, so please use the outdoor areas for smoking!

2 I’d like to stay longer in my home, is that possible?

Yes, it’s possible if the accommodation is not booked after you!

3 Is a monthly or even annual rental possible?

We’d love to have you with us longer! It’s possible to welcome you for longer stays, subject to property availability, with the exception of July and August.

4 Can I arrive on a weekday and not on Saturday during the high season?

Of course! You are free to choose your arrival and departure. However, this depends on the type of property required.

5 How are the keys handed over at check-in and check-out?

Our concierge will be able to meet you directly at the rental property on arrival, and for check-out, our concierge will do the same whenever possible.

6 What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can enter the property between 4pm and 7pm. For check-out times, we are flexible in the low season (depending on when the cleaning crew comes), but in the high season we ask our guests to leave between 10 and 11 a.m. at the latest. But don’t worry: our concierges are on hand to take care of your arrivals and departures 24 hours a day. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 8pm, an additional charge applies: from 8pm to 10pm – €50. From 10:00 pm to midnight – 80€. Midnight to 6:00am – 120€. From 6h00 to 8h00 – 80€. But you also have the option of requesting access on your own. In this case, key recovery will be organized using a secure key-box system.

Payment

1 What is the minimum length of stay?

In July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights. The rest of the year (September to June), the minimum stay is usually 2 nights for apartments and 3 nights for villas. Contact us if you’d like to stay less time, and we’ll see what we can do! We look forward to hearing from you!

2 How do I cancel my booking?

Of course, you can cancel your stay – it would be a pity, but force majeure situations can arise! Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is sufficient). The 40% deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let the property for the same period and at the same price. If you cancel your stay less than 30 days before arrival, you will still have to pay the balance of the rent.

3 Do I need to provide a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required at LES VILLAS BLUE. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure e-mail allowing you to make a credit card imprint. Don’t worry, you won’t be debited for this amount, which will be pre-authorized from your bank account. If there are no problems (breakage, theft, damage, etc.), the amount will be released in the week following your departure.

4 How can I make a payment?

By bank transfer. We’ll send you a link to make the payment, so all you have to do is follow the instructions! If you book more than 30 days before your arrival, you pay a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 70% 30 days before your arrival. If you book 30 days or less before your stay, you pay in full at the time of booking.

5 What is included in the reservation?

The price includes booking fees, property insurance during your stay (excluding third-party liability insurance), end-of-stay cleaning, household linen and Conciergerie service.

Services

1 Do I have to clean up before I leave?

End-of-stay cleaning is included at LES VILLAS BLUE! Upon departure: please reread the instructions provided for your departure to facilitate the work of the teams who will prepare the property for subsequent guests.

2 I travel with my dog, my cat … Do you accept them?

Pets are allowed in most of our properties, with the exception of a few. Please check with us when you book! We love to welcome your 4-legged friends, but only if they’re clean and respectful of the premises, of course. You will be charged €50 for the duration of your stay.

3 Is baby equipment automatically available in your homes?

Not all of them, but most of them! And if you ask us before you arrive, we’ll arrange to provide you with some. Cots are supplied with a small mattress (sheets are provided). If you need an extra bed for an adult or child, this is possible, but only in certain properties. Just ask us!

4 Will I have a rental contract?

Of course! As soon as your booking has been confirmed, you’ll receive your contract by e-mail – it’s so simple and saves you wasting paper. At LES VILLAS BLUE, we’re thinking about the environment!

5 What is included in the reservation?

Terms and condition

1 What happens in the event of breakage or damage?

Accidents happen! We simply ask you to inform us of any damage, breakage or loss, and together we’ll assess the extent of the damage. In the event of major damage, we can claim replacement value.

2 Do I have to take out compulsory insurance?

We strongly recommend that you take out third-party insurance to cover rental risks (fire, theft, water damage) or any physical or material incident that may occur during your stay.
